How IRSIAC'2026 collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
Last updated: August 12, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how the Organizing Committee of IRSIAC'2026 — the 1st International Conference on Innovative Research in Systems, Intelligent Applications and Computing — collects, uses, and protects personal information provided by authors, reviewers, attendees, and other visitors to this website.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you register for the conference, submit a paper, or contact the Organizing Committee. This may include your name, email address, institutional affiliation, country, and — where relevant to peer review or the proceedings — your manuscript, abstract, and co-author details. We do not collect payment card details directly; any registration payments are handled by the payment provider designated at registration, not stored on this website.
Personal information is used to process registrations and paper submissions, communicate with you about deadlines, acceptance decisions, and event logistics, compile the conference program and proceedings, issue certificates of participation, and respond to inquiries. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing purposes.
Paper submission and peer review are managed through Microsoft CMT, a third-party platform with its own privacy practices. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on the Venue page, an embedded Google Map; these services may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) as part of delivering that content. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only: with the reviewers and committee members involved in evaluating your submission; with the conference proceedings publisher, once a paper is accepted, for the purpose of publication; as necessary to comply with a legal obligation; or with your explicit consent.
We retain registration and submission data for as long as needed to organize IRSIAC'2026, compile the proceedings, and meet related academic or record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at contact.irsiac@gmail.com. Please note that information already included in the published conference proceedings is part of the permanent scholarly record and cannot be retracted from it, though we can update our own records.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This website and the IRSIAC'2026 conference are intended for an academic and professional audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised, and we encourage participants to review it periodically.
