The terms governing your registration, submission, and participation in IRSIAC'2026.
Last updated: August 12, 2026By registering for, submitting to, or otherwise participating in IRSIAC'2026 — the 1st International Conference on Innovative Research in Systems, Intelligent Applications and Computing, held December 11–12, 2026 in Agadir, Morocco — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or submit material to the conference.
IRSIAC'2026 is a hybrid event, with on-site attendance in Agadir and a virtual participation option. All attendees, authors, reviewers, and committee members are expected to engage in a professional and respectful manner, to follow the academic standards described in our Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement, and to contribute positively to the conference environment, whether attending in person or online. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with these standards.
Manuscripts are submitted exclusively through Microsoft CMT. Authors retain copyright of their submitted papers. By submitting a manuscript, you confirm that the work is original, warrant that you hold the rights necessary to submit it, and grant IRSIAC'2026 permission to review, present, and publish the paper — together with the author's name, affiliation, and abstract — in the conference proceedings and related promotional or archival materials, subject to the outcome of peer review. All submissions must comply with our Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.
Registration fees, deadlines, and the applicable cancellation policy are published on the Registration page and communicated at the time of registration. At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration by the published deadline for the paper to be included in the proceedings and program. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, in line with the cancellation policy in effect at the time of registration.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, speakers, or venue arrangements where necessary — for example, due to circumstances beyond its control — and will communicate significant changes to registered participants as soon as reasonably possible.
Conference sessions may be photographed, recorded, or live-streamed for archival, promotional, and virtual-participation purposes. By attending IRSIAC'2026, participants consent to being included in such materials. Requests to be excluded from photography or recording can be directed to the Organizing Committee before or during the event.
IRSIAC'2026, its organizers, and affiliated institutions (the LabSiV Laboratory and the Faculty of Sciences, Ibn Zohr University) make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free. The conference is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other arrangements made independently by participants, nor for circumstances beyond its reasonable control that affect the event.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Morocco, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer- or data-protection rights that may apply under a participant's home jurisdiction.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the conference's operations or applicable requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued participation in IRSIAC'2026 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
